How do we begin? 

Please reach me by phone at (914) 420-8341 or by email at cathy.vasey@cpvasey.com so that we may briefly talk about your concerns and establish a time to meet for a longer informational intake interview.

How long does testing take?

Although it is sometimes possible to complete the testing process in one sitting based on the number and types of tests included the assessment battery, it is common for people to be scheduled for multiple sessions to finish the assessment battery. We can determine the best scheduling depending on the age and needs of your son or daughter.

What form of payment do you take?

I take payment in the form of cash or check. 
Half of the testing fee is due at the initial appointment, and the remaining half is due upon the completion and delivery of the testing report and feedback.

Do you accept insurance?

I do not accept insurance at this time, though am considered an out-of-network provider. Billing statements I provide can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement. Many insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits and you can check with your provider about services that are reimbursable through your plan.

Where is your office located?

The office is located at 75 Holly Hill Lane, Terrace 2, Greenwich, CT  06830. I share this office space with the Gilsenan and Costa Center for Occupational and Speech-Language Therapy, an established and respected practice of related service providers.
